MSE is a group of experts in the field of organizational development through management systems. Our expertise lies in conceptual and methodological competence as well as in implementation competence. It is based on many years of practical experience in responsible management positions.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to align medium-sized companies systematically and sustainably to success.

For this purpose, we create a performance management system for our customers, which is characterized by the following three aspects:

  • Success alignment: All of our customers' parameters relevant to success are controlled in a targeted manner.
  • Systematization: The top management of our customers receives a central control instrument that works right down to the employee level.
  • Future orientation: Our customers' companies become learning organizations; the long-term probability of success is increased.

Our consulting philosophy is based on a solution-oriented and cooperative partnership with the customer. We accompany change projects until the target state has been reached and enable our customers to independently manage further results. We draw our motivation from the implementation of change projects with sustainable economic success for our clients.

He has been working as a consultant and trainer on this topic for many years.

Our Approach

The success of necessary changes in a company depends not only on whether concepts are methodologically/economically correct, but in particular on whether and how they can be implemented together with the workforce.

Our concept of empathic transformation significantly increases the probability that necessary changes in the company will also be accepted and supported by a critical mass of the workforce.

In contrast to classical consulting methods, we prefer direct contact (face-to-face) with those affected by a change in order to achieve trust, understanding, acceptance and support. We assess this approach as absolutely critical for the success of a change.
