The term "safety culture" refers to all the characteristics and traits of organizations that provide the basis for the fact that safety issues are of paramount importance in the attitude and behaviors of employees.
Without a sufficiently strong safety culture in the company organization measures to increase the safety level, e.g. in the area of work safety, do not have the intended effect, since the relevant safety-oriented attitude may not be in place for the persons involved.
However, the degree of of safety culture maturity is difficult to measure quantitatively.
MSE has the experience and methodological competence, to systematically measure the maturity level of the safety culture in your company, among others by interviews, and to identify areas of the organization with inadequate safety performance.
On the basis of this analysis, measures for the continuous improvement of safety culture are defined.
