Strategic Process including Strategy Workshop


Priorities of our strategic process are the SWOT analysis and the balanced scorecard (BSC).

SWOT analysis with comprehensive use of probabilistic methods:

  • Identification of strengths and weaknesses inside the organization
  • Identification of opportunities and threats in the external context (environment analysis)

Detection of Chances and Risks

Derivation:

  • Corporate vision
  • Long-term strategy
  • Strategic objectives and fields of action

Transfer of the objectives and fields of action into the dimensions of a balanced scorecard

  • Assets (technology, fixed assets)
  • Context (customers, suppliers, stakeholders etc.)
  • Organization (structural and process organization)
  • Resources (staff, current assets etc.)

Definition of cause-effect relationships

  • Operative derivation of objectives and measures (transition into project organizations)
  • Definition of quantitative and qualitative measuring criteria (parameters related to change, diagnostic parameters)
